MDO Intent

I help defense programs and their contractors solve the MDO interoperability problem at its root — not by integrating existing systems, but by establishing the operational information model that should have existed before any of those systems were built. Drawing on 35 years spanning Naval operations, Joint C2 requirements development, and DARPA-funded ontology research, I bridge the gap between what commanders intend and what machines can execute — across every domain, every service, and any communication standard.
